Personal Trainers at our company are responsible for creating a fun, safe and engaging atmosphere that makes exercising enjoyable in order to meet client goals. Our Personal Trainers use a variety of methods to help clients reach their fitness goals including nutritional counseling, fitness assessments and cardiovascular training. They also design and implement challenging fitness programs and train clients one-on-one to achieve their short- and long-term goals. Trainers must be able to use corrective and functional exercises through knowledge of exercise science or kinesiology to help clients with injuries and/or disabilities, as well as weight loss and strength training clients exceed their goals.
