Scheduled Hours15Position SummaryThe Personal Trainer provides members with customized fitness programs while educating them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle.Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Builds and maintains client base, instructs small group training or one-on-one training.
  • Educates members of current health and fitness issues and trends.
  • Executes individual fitness program design, demonstrates and teaches exercises while providing feedback on technique.
  • Greets and makes members/guests feel welcomed as they enter and exit the facility.
  • Treats all members and guests with respect.
  • Ensures safety of guests/members and takes preventative actions to decrease risk.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
