Our technicians make a good living with a starting hourly wage of $14 to $15 depending on experience, and commissions from selling our services from provided leads. The job includes a company vehicle, uniforms, paid vacation, paid personal days, retirement plan, and health and disability benefits. You must have a minimum of three years of driving experience with a driving history that can meet our insurance company's requirements. Because our technicians' work includes crawling around and under houses, and getting up into attics, you must have the physical capacity to crawl, climb, walk, stoop, and carry up to fifty pounds in hot, humid, and dusty conditions.
