Required Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of driving experience
- Experience using computers and smartphones
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications: - 1 -3 years of experience in the pest control industry
- Registered technician training
Physical Requirements:- Ability to safely operate equipment
- Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate application equipment safely & effectively
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times throughout the workday
- Ability to tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to seasonal weather (extreme heat or cold)
- Subject to exposure to animals and insects being outdoors for much of the day
- Must be able to perform inspections in attics and crawl spaces
What you'll be doing:- Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment plan
- Use power tools and hand tools to apply pesticides and other pest control products
- Set up traps to capture or eliminate pests
- Document all treatments and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers
- Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account
- Possess a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Represents the company with honesty and integrity
- Additional job duties, as needed
