Field Duties: The ideal candidate will enthusiastically take advantage of all training opportunities to successfully contribute to the Companies success.
- Follow a route schedule within assigned territory
- Use Integrated Pest Management techniques (provides safe, effective, and efficient services)
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program (such as sanitation, storage, exclusion, and other methods of control and prevention).
- Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs
- Assure the use of chemicals and strategies in accordance with the rules and regulations governing pest control.
- Ensures routine, quality service is provided to clients and verifies client satisfaction by providing inspections and contacting managers and other appropriate individuals.
- Provides backup for other pest management technicians as needed
- Occasional work on ladders, in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc
- Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
- Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy
- Generates accurate and timely records using the appropriate forms; this includes timesheets and inspection report forms.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Must be able to maintain or obtain a current license for Pest Control and a valid driver's license.
