We are looking for a motivated, responsible and resourceful person with a passion for helping others. Duties and responsibilities Each PMP is assigned a vehicle. Maintenance & safe keeping of the vehicle is the responsibility of the PMP. Conducting inspections of customer's properties (residential & commercial) Correcting termite/pest control problems by applying product, baiting, monitoring and communicating with the customer, office & field personnel. Must have a genuine desire to learn insect & pest biology, exclusion methods and techniques to maintain control of pests on a customer's site. Each PMP must also be knowledgeable in learning how to get around the island. Each PMP will need to be dependable. Routes are scheduled by the office, in advance and set times, needs to be met.Time management is also a must. We are looking for Team Players. We run a business and expect everyone to pitch in & help when a team member needs it. Qualifications A high school diploma or G.E.D Good Communication Skills A genuine desire to learn the pest control business. Pass a respirator fitness test Clean Driver's Abstract Working conditions Special working conditions: Outdoor work, Work safely with chemicals. Must be able to use a respirator. Physical requirements A physically demanding job: PMP's inspect &/or treat 10-20 houses/structures per day. Doing various tasks. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
