Perform Retail Store Clerk, Agriculture & Pet Duties Determine Work Assigments and assign to associates Train new associates Attend Seminars at Blain Supply Inc. and other outside locations Process special orders for customers Maintain accuruate on-hand balances Assist customers and associates with problem solving Assist other departments as assigned Assist lost pervention as assigned Qualifications Great communication skills Prior Retail experience preferred Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend Able to pass a background check Blain Supply, Inc and Blains Farm and Fleet (collectively Blains) is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
