Administers radiopharmaceuticals and medications to obtain diagnostic images and/or provides therapy as ordered by physician. Performs quality care to pediatric through adult patients using professional and ethical judgment along with critical thinking in performing duties.Additional Job DescriptionEducation: Graduate of an ARRT or NMTCB recognized Nuclear Medicine Program required. Work Experience: 0-2 years in Radiologic experienceMust be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) from the NMTCB or Registered Technologist (RT (N)) from ARRT or registry eligible. If registry eligible, must obtain certification within 12 months. Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) required.
