The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver excellent service throughout our clients' and their furry family members' entire journey with us.   • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Excellent time and task management.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to learn software easily.
  • Comfortable around dogs and cats.
Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit genuine love and enthusiasm for pets, creating a positive and welcoming environment for our four-legged guests and their pet parents.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of services offered and comfortably suggest the best services to meet clients' needs.
  • Ensure a caring and compassionate experience for our pet parents through clear communication, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation. Earn the trust of pet parents through reliable and dependable service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to pet care, providing a seamless experience for both pets and pet parents.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the pet resort to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all animals.
  • Prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of pets and their humans, going above and beyond to provide an exceptional and personalized experience.
