This also includes all policies, procedures, and activities that support BRS goals and objectives at the Department Level.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
The environment is typical for steel mill production areas, with extreme temperatures, high noise levels, and dusty/greasy areas. Physically demanding work will be required in the production environment and the ability to routinely lift and move heavy objects during shifts is required.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position is responsible for supervising and mentoring direct reports in the PGL.
