About Our Opportunity
SSM is looking for an experienced pharmacist to join our institutional pharmacy team at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. Only candidates who have completed a residency or have hospital pharmacist experience will be considered.
Up to $15,000 Sign On Bonus
Location: St. Mary's Hospital Madison
Schedule: 7 on/7 off Schedule - Overnights
Pay: Hourly with shift and weekend differential

Job Summary:
Provides pharmaceutical care to patients, verifies medication orders, compounds and dispenses pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and hospital policy. Serves as a resource to other healthcare professionals including pharmacy students and residents and ensures that patient care meets standards of safety and effectiveness.
