Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm (No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays)

Primary Role:
- Preparing and dispensing appropriate pharmaceuticals to patients. The job entails a high level of responsibility and knowledge.
- This position will be responsible for directly managing 1-2 employees
Required Education & Skills:
Active PharmD or RPh licensure to practice in required StateAbility to provide professional advice on medications dispensed and sold over the counter Ability to provide effective medication use and become the people's trusted ally against health issuesExperience:
2 years related pharmacy experience in Pharmacy Management Experience with the utilization of Patient Management System in the Pharmacy 340B experience preferred Essential Job Functions:
Review and execute provider's prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Maintain full control over medication inventory, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice. Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patient Maintain patient profiles and history of all activities regarding medications dispensed Keep abreast and stay current with HIPAA and Frauds Waste and Abuse credentialing Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures Responsible for ensuring that the Pharmacy and its employees are compliant with Federal, State and Local laws regulated Ensures that the Pharmacy and its employees are aware and compliant with local facilities policies Responsible for directing the daily work of Pharmacy Technicians, this includes providing input into performance evaluations and advising Senior Management of any behavioral and/or performance issues. Responsible for managing the Pharmacy Technicians schedules. This includes advising Senior Management of any request for leave of absences or medical accommodations. Other duties as necessary Physical Requirements:
Standing and/or frequent walking for long periods of time Ability to read, write, and hear effectively. Fine Motor Skills – repetitive hand motions via keyboard
