Who You Are:
As a Per Diem Pharmacist at Curaleaf, you'll be at the forefront of our retail dispensary operations, ensuringthe safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of cannabis products to our customers. In this key role, you'll lead a dedicated team of retail and pharmacy professionals, create a welcoming environment for our guests, and ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements within the cannabis industry.
What You'll Do:
Lead daily operations inside the cannabis dispensary, ensuring compliant and accurate distribution of products. Guide customers through tailored product selections, manage inventory, and uphold all legal regulations. With comprehensive training on cannabis products and regulations, you'll be empowered to offer expert guidance and exceptional service to every customer.
What You'll Bring:
- Hold an active Pharmacy License as a licensed pharmacist in the state of New York
- In-depth expertise of the retail and pharmacy landscape, ensuring seamless operations and optimized customer experiences
- Expertly lead educational sessions to boost team knowledge in cannabis pharmacology and compliance, while staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and new developments
- Utilize patient information to provide accurate dosage recommendations, ensuring the safe and effective use of cannabis products for optimal results
- Ensure accurate and confidential patient records by documenting consultations, recommendations, and relevant information while strictly adhering to privacy and data protection regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays, in this per diem role with a minimum of one shift per month
