About The PositionWe're looking for a Full Time Inpatient Pharmacist to join a close-knit team at a rural hospital in North Central Vermont. This is a great opportunity for new grads or retail pharmacists to transition into inpatient care, with training in infusion and chemo compounding. You'll ensure safe medication therapy management while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team.
This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating weekends and on-call duties. A Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required (PharmD preferred), and retail or other types of pharmacy experience is welcome.
