Maxor National Pharmacy Services has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, full-time, customer-focused Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to work within Maxor National Pharmacy Services network of managed clinic-based, in-house pharmacy at Hudson Headwaters Health Network at Moreau. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Qualifications:

• Assist pharmacists in providing accurate, timely, appropriate, and compliant pharmacy services as per local/federal regulations and company policies and procedures
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately and efficiently
• Provide compassionate and attentive customer service
• Answer telephones expediently and courteously
• Operate POS and ring sales accurately
• Demonstrate proficiency, sensitivity, and a sense of urgency during all phone and on-site interactions
• Complete tasks in an organized, accurate and efficient manner
• Think and act proactively
• Demonstrate the utmost professionalism at all times
