This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and effective communication of pharmacy benefits.Key Responsibilities:
- Process pharmacy services and claims.
- Manage Coverage Determination Requests (CDRs) within CMS timeframes.
- Communicate pharmacy benefits clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accuracy while multitasking in a demanding environment.
- Provide professional support for the daily operations of the contact center.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy settings (Retail, PBM, Hospital, or Managed Care).
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong knowledge of prescription drug names, therapeutic classes, and claims processing.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB).
- Experience with Medicare Part D.
- Contact center experience.
- Understanding of CMS/NCQA regulations.
- Expertise in processing pharmacy claims.
Education/Certifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 2 years of college education.
