Schedule: M-F 9am-5:30
This role will be performed onsite at a closed-door pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL.
All patient interactions will be over the phone.
* Comprehensive training provided side by side with training team.
* Must be comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Responsible for assisting our fulfillment operations teams in maximizing efficiency and reducing waste by helping manage census, as well as working with our returns team to provide customer feedback on chain of custody and to ensure accurate reporting of returned items.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (include the following):
* Assist with processing returned items from facilities to ensure accuracy of processing both in Framework and physical product within pharmacy.
* Follow up on return documents that accompany returned items and verify the information provided, included patient admission status and/or active status of prescriptions.
* Provide communication back to facilities to verify items and quantities returned.
* Manage census through reporting and monitoring of resident admission status with an emphasis on cycle facilities.
* Assist cycle teams with prescription and POS requests for items needing orders and assist with facility communication and follow-up.
* Assist sales teams when on-site needs arise.
* Provide assistance in pharmacy fulfillment operations on an as needed basis (cycle, remote dispensing, SynMed, etc.)
* Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
* High School Diploma or GED
* National Certification preferred (PTCB)
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* 3+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
* Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required
* Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
* Ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
* Great attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
* Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate.
