Job Summary:The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment is responsible for providing order processing support for fulfillment and/or provide assistance in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication via the use of the fulfillment system. Follows standard operating procedures and performs duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains proficiency in all medication dispensing areas and workstations
- May assist with department training and new hire support.
- Prepares bulk medication for loading into automated dispensing system.
- Performs manual packing duties including, but not limited to, packing and shipping, completing orders, verifying accuracy based on conformance to quality standards/specifications and preparing packages for mail.
- Affixes labels to the appropriate containers.
- Conducts cycle counts and put away.
- Resolves order delay reporting as well as upgrade, expedite and cancels orders.
- May also be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products.
- Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate.
- Must obtain active technician license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain an active technician license or certification.

Basic Qualifications- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similar operating/software programs
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communication in a diplomatic and confidential manner
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (pounds) in a repetitive motion, with or without accommodations
Preferred Qualifications- At least 1 year of work experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment and/or call center setting
- Current Pharmacy Technician license/registration without restrictions in good standing with State Board of Pharmacy if required in the State in which the position is located
- PTCB Certification
