* POSITION SUMMARY:
* Under the supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, collects blood specimens for the laboratory from appropriate patients according to the Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPM) and accepted practices.

* Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
* PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

* WORK EXPERIENCE:

* Previous phlebotomy experience

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the people in a professional and courteous manner.

* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
