Join our team as a Patient Services Representative II and contribute to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services.Responsibilities: Draw blood samples from patients accurately and efficiently. Prepare specimens for lab testing and maintain accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Demonstrate leadership behaviors and a commitment to process excellence. Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills and experience in a retail or service environment. Proficiency in keyboard/data entry.Additional Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Must be able to work multiple locations and cover shifts at Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
