As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate lab results and a positive patient experience.Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and create a comfortable, trusting environment. Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples skillfully and accurately, following established procedures. Specimen Preparation: Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring quality and compliance. Data Entry: Accurately input patient information and lab results into electronic systems.
