We're seeking a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a PSR I, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring accurate laboratory results.Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Explain procedures clearly and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and understanding. Phlebotomy: Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established protocols. Have experience with pediatric and geriatric patients. Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, adhering to quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete records and documentation. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient patient flow.Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred. Phlebotomy certification is required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience. One or more years of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is a plus.
