You will be the face of our company, welcoming patients and ensuring accurate blood draws.Responsibilities Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing Create a welcoming and trusting environment for patients Explain procedures clearly and effectively Adhere to established practices and procedures Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in patient information Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence Work in various settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers Perform daily activities efficiently and accurately Maintain a safe and professional work environment Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing Verify patient demographic information and obtain signatures Maintain required records and documentation Promote a positive image of our company Work independently and collaboratively Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric Be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime Adhere to company policies and procedures Make informed decisions based on established procedures Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Travel to multiple locations and cover Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice Handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Demonstrate superior customer focus, open communication, adaptability to change, and knowledge of our businessQualifications High school diploma or equivalent Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington) 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections 2+ years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Strong customer service skills Proficiency in keyboard/data entryKeywords: phlebotomist, patient services representative, healthcare, medical, blood draw, laboratory, patient care, customer service, medical assistant, paramedic, phlebotomy certification, job opportunity, career#gttqst 24-13018
