Job Description:

Are you a skilled phlebotomist looking for a challenging and rewarding career? Join our team as a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II and make a difference in patients' lives.

As a PSR II, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality phlebotomy services in a variety of settings, including doctor's offices and patient service centers. Your duties will include:

• Accurate Blood Draws: Skillfully draw blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Patient Care: Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients, explaining procedures clearly and building trust.
• Specimen Processing: Prepare blood specimens for laboratory testing, following established protocols.
• Data Entry: Accurately record patient information and lab results.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
• Phlebotomy certification (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a patient service center environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in data entry
