Qualifications:

- Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
