You will be responsible for performing phlebotomy procedures, collecting and processing patientspecimens, and ensuring a positive patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including infants, children, and the elderly.Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and provide clear explanations about procedures.Specimen Processing: Properly label, handle, and process blood specimens.Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols.Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records and documentation.Required Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
