The responsibilities of a Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include: - Drive efficient Photo process releases to meet our startup and ramp schedule
- Own and deliver module operational performance, ensure robust stability and manufacturing flexibility.
- Support manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield, and enable cost leadership
- Collaborate closely with your Equipment Engineering peer & Operations counterparts
- R espond urgently to quality issues, ensuring timely containment to keep events small and protect our customers, and drive to root cause
- Active communication and relationship building with employees and peers is essential for success
Minimum requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor fab environment
Preferred qualifications: - Previous 300mm wafer fab startup experience
- Expertise in Photo process engineering (mark robustness optimization, layer transfers, advanced process development)
- Experience developing and maintaining APC models in Photo
- Ability to work with aggressive timelines and drive for timely results
- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects at the same time
- Ability to lead cross module teams to identify and solve complex process/integration problems
- Track record of building strong and collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries
