Photo ProducerIn-house creative team is seeking a Photo Producer to work with our fast paced creative/photo department on lifestyle/product photography, rendering, AI, and video production across a range of interior and exterior spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the process and management of original photography, rendering, AI generation, video and procuring rights managed photography. This includes partnering with creative teams during ideation, supporting the strategic and production goals of Visual Comfort & Co., managing production through all phases, ensuring projects are produced on strategy, within budget, and on time.Responsibilities:
- Works with the Creative Director to manage and develop processes, schedules and resource plan for small/large scale projects in-house and externally.
- Organize and oversee large-scale location shoots, including coordination with designer talent and ensuring compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
- Manage smaller studio productions with photography, rendering, and AI generation. Focusing on both lifestyle imagery and detailed product photography.
- Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support Photo Art Director, Graphic Designers and Photographers through each project's lifespan: pre-production, production, wrap, and dissemination of final assets.
- Reviews preliminary concepting boards/campaigns with creative and photo team.
- Maintain and lead production aspects of assigned internal team meetings, kick offs, and check-ins.
- Provides knowledgeable creative input for consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports each collection's visual identity.
- Manage all negotiations, usage agreements and billing with external vendors.
- Confirm all details of shoot are covered in pre-production to ensure a smooth shoot day (product, material, props, photographer equipment needs, etc.).
- Send out call sheets and communicate any outstanding details to talent and contributors.
- Secure necessary model releases and contracts in advance of the assigned shoot.
- Assist with casting and booking models, make-up and hair stylists, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists' studios and photographers for assigned shoots as needed.
- Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

- Must demonstrate commitment, dependability, punctuality, and adherence to agreed-upon schedule. While being present in the workplace to effectively collaborate and communicate amongst co-workers and teams.
Qualifications:
- 4 or more years' previous experience in a producer position at an agency, commercial production company, or in-house marketing communications or creative services department.
- Bachelors degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Communications or related field of study.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Established track record of producing studio or location photography for high-volume, high-end products.
- Prior experience rendering studios and have background knowledge of AI generation.
- Prior print, commercial, and video production and post-production experience with excellent project and budget management skills.
- Experience in interior design, custom home building products, luxury home furnishings and/or lighting industry a plus.
- Extensive relationships with the production community that bring an in-depth knowledge of resources, crew, and production vendors a plus.
- Previously held a leadership position with a team to explore and identify new up and coming studios, photographers and artists, production companies, casting talent, and stylists.
- Experienced in management multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meeting deadlines and working well under pressure.
- Able to work with both the most established talent in the industry and discover new alternatives.
- Able to resolve problems creatively and make compromises as needed without impacting the quality of work.
- Able to work upstream to anticipate and plan for changes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Must demonstrate maturity in judgement, commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager
- Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

- Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, early mornings, late evenings.
