Position Title: Studio Operations Manager - AE & Aerie Brand

Position Summary:

AEO Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our internal photo studio, responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of the end to end process of the studio, inclusive of development to execution and handoff of assets, our asset management tools, equipment and the overall organization of the studio space. This person will collaborate with many cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems and equipment are maintained and updated to the highest level contributing to the overall brand experience for AE and Aerie. This role is dynamic and will evolve over time as we identify areas for growth and improvement. Responsibilities may shift and expand as the position develops and as the successful candidate takes on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership:

* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize photo studio workflows, ensuring timely and high-quality visual content production

* Oversee the end to end process from kick off of shoot needs to delivering assets to the creative partners, making sure that nothing slides from concept development to hand off. ? Maintain a state of the art studio space, ensuring that organization and upkeep is a focus for the internal teams and our facilities management partners

* Ensure the studio facility and equipment are maintained in good working order. ? Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed

* Serve as the primary point of contact for studio associates and CFT members regarding studio operations

* Address needs, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner

* Quickly address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during studio operations ? Develop contingency plans to manage unexpected situations or disruptions ? Manage freelance / System One set up and approvals

* Team Management:

* Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team

* Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages professional growth and innovation

* Process & Innovation:

* Bring industry trends and technological advancements to enhance photo studio capabilities ? Implement new tools and software to improve workflow efficiency and creative output

* Additional responsibilities could be taken on as they arise

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field

* Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume photo studio or creative production environment

* Strong background in both operational management and photography, demonstrating a balance of technical and organizational skills

* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams

* Proficient in project management and resource planning

* Deep experience in the retail industry

Pay/Benefits Information:

* Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
