POSITION SUMMARY:The Photo Stylist will join a talented, experienced, and functionally diverse team that delivers digital strategy in support of Bass Pro and its subsidiaries. Work with a small, dedicated team in an agency environment, an expanded matrixed team, and Bass Pro counterparts to prioritize, deliver and evolve a growing and varied portfolio of digital imagery. Styling and quality oversight of enterprise-wide digital assets within the enterprises' photography studio. Continuously and strategically assess and improve the styling platform and ensure that it continues to provide value.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Partners with Creative team to design, style and compose products to be photographed for BPS catalogs, tabs, and website projects.Aesthetically executes photos through multiple styling practices such as Editorial Flat Lays, Lifestyle, Home Sets, Pinning, Mannequin Form.Receives input and critique gracefully from cross functional partners, while quickly adapting and executing recommendations.Drives brand and quality standards for photography based on creative guidelines and company best practices.Works with a diverse group of individuals (ie: Photographers, Stylists, Art Directors)Possesses a broad and well-rounded understanding of the Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's brand and customersDrives styling for studio and location; oversees Jr. Stylist while on location when a Sr. Stylist is not presentALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNEDEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: BS/BAKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:Strong attention to detail, innovative, ability to meet project timelines and adhere to Style Guide when applicableAbility to multi-task and not act quickly when needed.Proven coordination & organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.Communicative, flexible, and open minded.Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.Broad knowledge of MS Office toolsMust provide portfolio of previous workTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:40% on locationPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regularly performs computer work and sits.Lifts up to 50lbs.Extended walking and standing on uneven terrainINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
