Photography Team Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8-10 photographers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement streamlined workflows to optimize productivity while upholding our high-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines, providing constructive feedback to photographers.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhanced efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training on Matterport technology, scanning techniques, and company protocols to elevate team performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting equipment and software problems in coordination with IT support.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments including logistics, sales, and customer support to coordinate appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Travel within your region.

Photography Team Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of operations management experience, with a track record of leading remote teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage remote teams effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to travel for fieldwork and availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Experience with Matterport technology and 3D scanning techniques is advantageous.
  • Valid driver s license required.
