Job Description:
The Physical Security Administrator (PSA) supports all enterprise physical security components, including access control, burglar alarm monitoring, and CCTV. Serves as the liaison between real estate, property management, facilities management, and other departments/offices when coordinating systemmaintenance, repairs, and activities related to their office or building. Reporting to the Real Estate and Facilities Manager, the PSA performs day-to-day functions in support of physical security applications, equipment, maintenance, and repair including security and safety.Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform daily site safety and security inspections and notify the appropriate parties of breaches in security policies, safety concerns, or other maintenance and repairs needed.Issue new and temporary access badges per Security Operating Procedures.Setup and maintain security clearances for associates' badge access needs based on associates' role.Perform daily review of system data imports, report issues to the Real Estate and Facilities Manager.Daily monitoring of system performance.Perform daily review of nightly badge access BOT process.Provide badge access history reporting for office utilization/capacity planning and associate access records.Respond to system notification alarms and Central Station alarm calls during both regular business hours and after hours.Document security incident reports.Monitor and view CCTV recordings.Provide weekly audit and reporting of NVR storage.Work with security vendor to dispatch technicians for equipment repairs and installation.Greet visitors and ensure visitors follow the security policy.Escort contractors engaged in equipment installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance during both regular business hours and after hours.Travel to Ascensus offices may be required from time to time.Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First, and Integrity Always should be visible in your actions on a day-to-day basis showing your support of our organizational culture.Assist with other facility-related tasks as assigned.SupervisionN/ASection 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge RequirementsHigh school diploma.Minimum of two years' experience in a Physical Security role preferred.Proficiency in MS Office applications, CCURE9000 and Brivo access control, ExacqVision, DMP Alarm Systems.Knowledge and understanding of physical security hardware and networking including IP camera systems, access control, and burglar alarm.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally).Strong customer service skills.Ability to work well under pressure with multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
