Job Description The Physical Security Project Manager for Platforms & Services serves as the Program Lead for the Sector's Physical Security Program and reports to the Manager of the Joint Security Operations Center. The Platforms & Services Physical Security Program comprises of a number of Physical Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Video Surveillance Systems, and Visitor Management systems, in addition to Subject Matter Expertise over Security-in-Depth and Security through Environmental Design. As a Physical Security Project Manager, you will:
* Support and maintain numerous Video Surveillance System (VMS) deployments, comprised of security cameras, servers, radar arrays, input boards, and related technologies.
* Support and maintain numerous access control and intrusion detection systems, deployed through the United States and abroad.
* Manage relationships with external Physical Security vendors, to include vendor vetting, RFP solicitation, and invoice verification.
* Develop and maintain security technology roadmap and 5 year capital forecast. Participate in ongoing IBP planning process.
* Manage physical installation of systems - track specification, status, and change orders through final sign off & closeout.
* Partner with and foster ongoing relationships and dialogs with key business functions, such as Information Technology, Finance, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations to ensure security is represented and business requirements are met.
* Conduct physical security and risk assessments of corporate facilities and potential acquisitions.
* Work independently, with minimal direction to ensure industrial security teams are supported with physical security applications and technology.
* Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders on physical security technologies.
* Provide on-call 24x7 escalation support for emergency and critical events.
Prefer to have a candidate near one of our Combat Mission Systems sites (Sterling Heights MI, York PA, Minneapolis MN Louisville KY) but open to remote work for the right candidate.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of work experience or equivalent experience
* Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret Clearance
* Experience in Physical Security
* Experience in Field installation and maintenance of security systems
* Experience developing SOWs, BOMs, and ROMs
* Experience developing business cases and Return-on-Investments
* Experience in Program/Project Management
* Understanding of Network Access Control, including 802.1x and x.509 PKI Deployments
* Understanding of LDAP and Windows Active Directory
* Understanding of low voltage/micro-electronics, specifically Access Control devices, Intrusion Detection devices, and Cameras
* Knowledge of NIST standards and cybersecurity controls
* Strong business acumen
* Strong communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Current and active Certifications in Access Control and Video Management Systems
* Knowledge of current server hardware offerings
* Familiarity with networking hardware & architecture
* Ability to read, edit, and publish construction diagrams
* Prefer knowledge of UL 2050 and ICD 705
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
