The Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians.*Essential Duties and Responsibilities** Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice;* Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting;* Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care;* Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner;* Other responsibilities as designated by the manager.*Qualifications** 3-5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred;* Current New York State Physical Therapy license;* Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses;* Time management and organization capabilities.*Other Information** Travel between our offices may be required.
