Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Will discuss schedule further during interview. Open to part-time too.)
Job Location: Will split workdays between the following two Westchester County outpatient clinics:
- 411 Theodore Fremd Avenue, Rye, NY
- 657 East Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY
Salary Range: $61,800.00 - $76,000.00(commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
Physical Therapist Assistant responsibilities include ...
- Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services under the supervision of a physical therapist.
- Assure continuity of quality patient care delivered with appropriate documentation.
- Provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
- Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, neuro, and sports medicine.
- Adults and adolescents with orthopedic ailments caseload.
Qualifications:
- NYS Physical Therapist Assistant License
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Must have experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting
