- Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and an active license in New York.
- Preferably, at least 1 year of clinical experience, ideally within in-home care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to patients' homes.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside a patient-centric approach.
- Availability to begin work within 2 weeks.
