  • Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and an active license in New York.
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of clinical experience, ideally within in-home care.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to patients' homes.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside a patient-centric approach.
  • Availability to begin work within 2 weeks.
