We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Jupiter West Medical Center outpatient physical therapy in Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients through a variety of therapeutic interventions. Palm Beach Gardens facility Monday Wednesdays and Fridays :8 AM to 12 PM and 2 to 7 part-time available for either shift also available. Our ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, and be a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. You will work closely with our team to develop treatment plans, provide skilled nursing care, and assist with discharge planning for patients in a variety of settings including subacute care, inpatient rehabilitation, assisted living, and outpatient facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic, trauma, geriatrics, and acute care. You will be responsible for implementing care plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
