- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Perform manual therapy techniques and tissue stretching to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and safe practices to support their rehabilitation.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is used safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Experience in manual therapy and tissue stretching preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
