- Provides professional Physical Therapy services
- Completes documentation accurately and timely
- Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
- works efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly
- Maintains adequate and up to date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services and setting specific clinical and regulatory practices
- Complies with facility policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistat program
- Must have one year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred)
- Must have current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in facility-specific state
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support
- Reliable transportation required
