**THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A SIGN ON BOUNS OF $2,500***Position GoalResponsible for providing direct patient care based on treatment plan established by primary Physical Therapist.Position Responsibilities:
- Administers physical therapy treatment programs as supervised and directed by a staff PT.
- Adheres to the plan of care established by PT for each patient's care.
- Operates therapeutic equipment and devices as necessary.
- Documents care and other patient information for medical record including history, treatment and consultations.
- Complies with department policies/procedures and regulations related to infection control and
- Bills patients according to proper procedures.
- Serves as an educational resource for patients, families, and other members of the therapy staff.
- Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.
- Maintains HIPPA and abides by appropriate state ethics laws.
- Performs appropriate wound care and assessment in order to enhance surgical outcomes.
- Provides documentation with appropriate progressions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stays up to date on appropriate protocols for patient population.
Experience: Required:

- 1 year experience preferred
Education: Required:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
Special Qualifications:Required:
- Current state PTA license
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- This position may require travel to and from satellite clinics as assigned. Please note, if assigned for travel, this position will require a valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record upon hire (MVR will be screened on an annual basis).
