The Clinic Director plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the clinic and must ensure that it operates efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:Clinical Management: Provide direct patient care, including evaluations and treatments, as needed. Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring they adhere to best practices and provide quality care. Collaborate with clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans. Stay current with industry trends and evidence-based practices. Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling and appointment management to optimize clinic efficiency. Monitor patient flow and ensure that patient wait times are minimized. Manage and maintain patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff. Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and professional development. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that the clinic complies with all relevant regulations, including state licensing, insurance, and Medicare guidelines. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care. Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the clinic and increase patient referrals. Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the clinic's services. Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current state licensure.
- Several years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy.
- Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and the community.
