Join us for an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager to help launch and grow the start-up of a new outpatient facility. We are looking for a Physical Therapist/Clinic Manager who will oversee the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the new outpatient facility in North Riverside, IL. This is a clinical position and requires an active PT license.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Directs, supervises, and coordinates activities of clinic location to ensure consistency across the PT sites.Assists in the selection, employment, professional development and management of clinic employees.Reviews and interprets operational problems/policies. Resolves problems and recommends changes.Resolves problems related to utilization of facilities, equipment, supplies and staff.Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.Provides exceptional patient care and service.The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.Develops and implements short and long-term work plans and objectives for facility.Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics.Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.Markets the facility and services to increase patient volumes and community awareness.Stays abreast of and complies with all state and federal laws including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA.Performs duties of co-workers and subordinates as workload dictates.Perform additional duties as required.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.3 years of Outpatient Orthopedic experience.1 year of Outpatient Orthopedic Management experience.Certificates, License, RegistrationsCurrent State of Illinois Physical Therapy license.Current CPR Certified.Our employees make the difference in our patients' lives, and we value their contributions.
