: Job Details :

Evaluates and treats patients with different diagnosis in accordance with physician's orders. Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab technicians. Completes and maintains required documentation such as evaluations, progress notes, daily notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries for patients on caseload. Provides quality, personalized and evidence-based care, and proven interventions. Performs assigned duties according to the service excellence standards and goals established for this position, and for all staff members of this facility.
