Role DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, creating specific treatment plans and goals.
- Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, Students, and volunteers as needed.
- Engage in patient education to ensure a comprehensive understanding of treatment plans.
- Support the clinic's performance goals, including maintaining productivity and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with front office staff to schedule and follow up with patients.
- Participate in community engagement events and support special projects to further The Impact Difference.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Arizona (in good standing).
- Experience in outpatient settings with knowledge of various therapeutic modalities (Dry Needling and Cupping experience is a plus!).
- 1+ year of full-time clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR Certification.
Competitive Compensation: $40-$60/hour based on experience and qualifications.
Work Location: In-person at our Peoria clinic.
