About the job Physical Therapist - Home Care - Carmel, NY This is a Physical Therapist job in the Home Care setting in the Carmel, NY area. You'll see a geriatric population within their independent homes or within senior living / assisted living facilities. Home Care - Geriatrics.3. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.4. Full-time, Part-time, or PRN.5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.6. Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 12 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability per week.) 7.
