Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve patients' motion and mobility Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally Promote patients' healthy lifestyles by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Discuss with other healthcare professionals such as chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, physicians, and massage therapists to develop treatment plans for clients Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Maintain detailed, accurate treatment records of patients Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions Qualifications for Physical Therapist 2+ years experience as a Physical Therapist Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices and clinical expertise Driven to learn and grow continually Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional computer skills Valid license to practice Physical Therapy Graduate degree or greater in Physical Therapy Benefits Vacation Pay & Sick Pay Accident Insurance Dental Insurance Malpractice Insurance 401(k) + Employer Match Professional Development Assistance Complementary In-House Services for employee and their immediate family members Pay $91,520.00 Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $917,520 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
