Schedule Notes: : 5x8 days 8:00 AM-4:00 PM 1 Call shift required every 3 weeks, every other weekend

Shift: AM

Contract duration: 3-4 months with high possibility of extension.

Required:

Skill: 1 year Physical Therapy experience.

Education: Valid license as a Physical Therapist issued by the NYSED, Primary Source Verification required. BLS preferred.
