Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to the age of the patient served on the nursing unit or by patient care departments.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduated from an accredited physical therapy school with a B.S. or M.S. degree.Experience: None.License: New York State license or eligibility with temporary permit.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FACTORSPhysical: Medium, occasional heavy lifting.
