Salary: $35-$42 per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Summary: The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, focusing on orthopedic and sports medicine treatments. This position requires a commitment to excellence, a passion for patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy treatments to patients, with a caseload of 16-18 patients per 8-hour day.
- Schedule patients on a half-hour basis, treating a minimum of two patients at a time.
- Utilize WebPT for electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient progress and treatment plans.
- Work flexible hours, including some evenings and mornings, as per the following schedule:
- Mondays: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Tuesdays: 10 am - 7 pm
- Wednesdays: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Thursdays: 9 am - 7 pm
- Fridays: 6:30 am - 2 pm
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Experience in orthopedic or sports medicine is required.
- Outpatient experience is required for recent graduates.
- Flexibility in work hours and a team-oriented attitude.
- Recent graduates must commit to a minimum of two years of employment to receive extensive training and support.
About the Company: Our client is a private, family-owned, outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine physical therapy clinic serving central Massachusetts since 1981. Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA's): Our client is also open to applications from experienced Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA's). PTA's must have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
- Salary for PTA's ranges from $30-$32 per hour.
