FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Physical Therapist. Our personalized care, brand new 3,000 square foot facility, proprietary balance therapy program, and your skills and experience will help set us apart from the competition.

We offer general orthopedic services as well as balance and vestibular services. Job Summary:

As the Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day patient care and experience. You will evaluate and treat patients through the development of individualized treatment plans that help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. You will also work with our team to provide exceptional care and help our clinic grow.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn and utilize the FYZICAL proprietary treatment methodology.
• Examine and evaluate new patients.
• Establish a diagnosis of condition(s) and their impact on activity.
• Establish plans, goals, and time frames.
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum 3 years working as a Physical Therapist.
